200 top army officers from mainly south south and south east sacked

Nigerian army on Friday June 11 sent sms to military officers announcing their sack and adviced them to go to various report locations for their sack letter.
There appears to be no due process taken in the act as a board of inquiry should have been set up and the erring officers found guilty before sack.
Information reaching us has it that the officers were selected for backing Jonathan during the general elections.

In Nigerian law army officers are also Nigerian who have the right to vote and support any candidate of their choice or is this administration telling the world that some members of Nigerian army did not support it?

This act of reducing the population of southerners in the army may breed discontent that will push this country into another round of violence which we are ill prepared for.
